Finnish eHealth Conference 2026 – Effective Digital Solutions in Health Care and Social Welfare Services takes place on October 1–2, 2026, at Helsinki, Finland.


The Finnish Society of Telemedicine and eHealth invites researchers, developers, professionals, and decision-makers across health care, social welfare, rehabilitation, and technology sectors to join the eHealth Conference 2026. This year’s theme, “Effective Digital Solutions in Health Care and Social Welfare Services”, highlights impactful innovations and evidence-based digital practices across the field.

The annual conference will take place at University of Helsinki and is organized in collaboration with the Finnish Society for Effectiveness in Social and Health.

Abstract submissions are open from March 2 to May 3, 2026. Detailed submission guidelines are available at [1]. The full conference programme has been published, and registration is now open [2].

Early Bird (until June 30, 2026):
• Members of the Impact Society and the Finnish Society of Telemedicine and eHealth: €420 (+ VAT 25.5%)
• Non-members: €450 (+ VAT 25.5%)
Standard Fee (from July 1, 2026):
• All participants: €525 (+ VAT 25.5%)

Development of cross-border e-health services from the EU citizen’s perspective – opportunities and challenges

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the upcoming conference “Development of cross-border e-health services from the EU citizen’s perspective – opportunities and challenges”, organised by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland as part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The event will bring together representatives from European institutions, national policymakers, health sector experts, patient organisations, and industry leaders. It will serve as a unique platform to discuss and exchange insights on the future of cross-border e-health services and the use of health data across Europe.

The draft conference programme is attached for your reference. The conference will be conducted in English.

Pre-registration is open until 15 April 2025. Please note that venue capacity is limited, and the organiser reserves the right to confirm your participation. Once your pre-registration is accepted, you will receive information about the accreditation process required to access the conference venue.

eTELEMED 2023, Venice / Italy

eTELEMED 2023, The Fifteenth International Conference on eHealth, Telemedicine, and Social Medicine is scheduled to be April 24 – 28, 2023 in Venice, Italy under the DigitalWorld 2023 umbrella. Submission (full paper) deadline extended to February 1, 2023. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended article versions to one of the IARIA Journals. All events will be held in a hybrid mode: on site, prerecorded videos, voiced presentation slides, pdf slides.
